Payments

• VAT is included in the salesprice.
• We accept most creditcards and PayPal payments.
• You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. At the checkout select "Don't have a PayPal account?" to be directed to creditcard payments.

Shipping

• Shipping costs of a package are € 1,50 for components and € 3,- for jewellery. 
• Packages above € 100 will be sent with confirmation by registered mail.
• If you would like the package to include insurance, please contact us or write it in the "Message to Seller" box at checkout.

Delivery times

• Almost all jewellery items are on stock and will be shipped within one to five days.
• In case an item is not on stock we will immediately inform you by e-mail, and it will be sent within two weeks.

Refunds

• Hopefully unexpected, but if you are not happy with your order you may exchange or refund the package in full minus shipping costs if returned within 10 days of receipt.
• We are not responsible if a package with confirmation gets lost in the mail.
